End of summer 2011, the breakup season.

Cases of break-up lately starts to make me feel like it's not only the end of my favorite season but also the break-up of many adorable couples around me. Can't help but wonder, what would have hurted us the most? To know that the person once whom we've always be there for, whom we count on without doubt, actually thinks we're not good enough for him/her? Or to be told that we're too good for them and that we deserve someone better?

Mom once said to me that she doesn't wish to meet any of my boyfriends unless I know he's "the one" for me. It got me thinking for a very long time, does "the one" really exist in today's dating world? Would you leave someone who's too good for you? Or would you stick with someone who thinks you're not good enough for him/her and strive your best to be who he/she wants you to be?

Call me cynical, but to me, "the one" doesn't smoke, drink, gamble, nor exist.

"The One" does exist.. when he comes in the form of your own son.. that too, if you don't bash him up for being naughty and patience-testing but overall, he should be "The One" in your eyes! ehhehehehe
